Refund policy
In Store Purchases:
WITH RECEIPT: We offer a generous 30 days from purchase return or exchange. We can offer a refund on card payments, or store credit. We do not offer cash returns.
WITHOUT RECEIPT: if we can confirm the product was purchased within the last 30 days, we can offer an exchange or store credit.
After 30 days, we reserve the right to not accept returns. Please remember we are a small, independent retailer and cannot afford to have goods off the floor for an extended time.
Online Purchases:
Online purchasers are required to pay return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition with all tags or original packaging we will issue a return to the original payment method. We must receive the returned product within 30 days of original purchase. We cannot refund shipping costs.
Return Eligibility:
Merchandise eligible for returns must be in new condition, with tags/original packaging, free from damage, markings, obvious wear, or odor.
Items not eligible for return include: permanently marked down product at time of purchase, seasonal items, consumables (food/beverage), consignment items (LL Pottery, AWS Leather), used product, or any product not in its original, purchased state.
